I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff in some areas were accommodating, the overall service felt inconsistent, and I often felt more like a burden than a valued guest. During my stay, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms that made the experience enjoyable. The staff was accommodating and the happy hour at the Red Bar was a pleasant surprise. However, the noise from the freeway was a downside, and I wish the parking fees were more transparent, as they added a bit to the overall cost. Overall, I had a great experience but was a bit frustrated with the extra charges.

I had a wonderful stay at the Irvine hotel. The service was exceptional, making my business trips much easier. The location is great for meetings, but my experience with room cleanliness was disappointing. I was impressed with the attentive staff who went out of their way to assist. However, I encountered a significant issue with the initial room's condition, so I can't rate my experience as perfect.
